STAVEHOUSE MODELS PRICING SUMMARY - PRELIMINARY - In Canadian Dollars.

Pricing spreadsheet for basic Stavehouse models.
Pricing is APPROXIMATE and should be adjusted according to BUILDING SITE location and other factors that may affect member sizing etc.

Pricing of Stavehouse kits includes: Post & Beam frame timber, frame hardware, installation manual, P.Eng certification & Assembly drawings.
Frame pricing for this ESTIMATE SHEET is based on rates quoted by Structurlam Products Ltd., FOB their plant in Penticton, BC. Optional services: Technical assistance on site during installation, design / drawings for subfloor, foundations & custom work etc.
Member sizing and pricing of timbers, hardware and SIPs reflects building codes & design loading currently in effect in Southern Ontario.
Transportation pricing to job-site locations, available on request, along with Estimated cost of local engineering approvals, etc.

Pricing of SIP package includes: Panels, special joinery splines & attachment screws, foams, sealers and Installation Manual, etc.
SIP pricing for this ESTIMATE SHEET is based on rates quoted by Thermapan Industires Ltd, FOB their plant in Fort Erie, Ontario.
SIPs are also available from numerous other suppliers in Ontario & throughout US and Canada. Visit www.stavehouse.com for listings.
Specifications & pricing of SIPs for this Estimate Sheet are relative to current Ontario building codes and design loads, etc.
